Surprise Visit by Kingston JRs
June 25, 2019: Former Kingston JR's Captain, Scout Watkins Southward, has one special fan who made posters and cheered her on at home games all last season. Blake McAuley, in grade 2, had a surprise visit today from Scout and current Kingston Jr forward, Rebecca Thompson. The players surprised Blake at school with one of the team's ballcaps to thank her for her support all season. Southward will be playing for Queen's this coming season and will be joined by Thompson in 2020. Blake also plays hockey for the Ice Wolves.
