U16 High Performance Camp
Congratulations to Kingston JR players Tatum White, Rebecca Thompson, Melissa Jefferies and Charli Kettyle who have all been invited to attend the OWHA High Performance Camp this July.The OWHA U16 High Performance Summer Development Camp will offer OWHA registered athlete’s elite instruction, education and training on and off the ice. Players will be introduced to a wide variety of educational/development/training components that are keys to improving their skills and knowledge of the game of hockey. Nutrition, Performance Psychology, Strength and Conditioning, Fitness Testing, Monthly logging, Concussion awareness, Short Term Competition are just a few examples of what may be offered at this camp.
