2016-2017 Home Opener
Last night's home opener proved successful for the Kingston Jr Ice Wolves with a 3-1 win over the Cambridge Rivulettes. With a crowd of more than 100 in attendance, Kingston came out strong with a 2nd period goal by Marissa Murphy. Cambridge answered with a goal of their own, but with only 3 minutes left in the 2nd period, Scout Watkins Southward scored to put Kingston ahead going into the third period. Late in the third, Captain Brianna Gaffney scored to clinch the win for Kingston.CKWS News was on hand to capture the excitement.
